Using the app means accepting these terms. They sit alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app sold on the App Store.
The app is a guide, not a bill. Your carrier's figure is the one you are charged against, and it is the only one that counts.
The app reads the counters iOS makes available and does its arithmetic carefully, but iOS puts real limits on what any app can see. Counters reset when the phone restarts. Usage that happens while the app has not been woken has to be recovered from the totals afterwards. Carriers round, bill on their own schedule, and sometimes exclude certain traffic from your allowance. The app marks figures it had to estimate rather than measure, and the Diagnostics screen shows every reading it took.
So the app can tell you a great deal about your usage, and it cannot guarantee that its number equals your carrier's. Please do not rely on it as the sole basis for avoiding overage charges, and check your carrier's own figure when it matters.
The app is free. An optional one-time purchase unlocks additional features. It is a single payment, it does not renew, and there is no subscription.
The purchase is processed by Apple, and restoring it on another device signed in to the same Apple ID is free. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Everything the app records stays on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy. Keeping your own backups is up to you; deleting the app deletes its data permanently.
Do not decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law says you may regardless of this clause.
The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including carrier charges, overage fees or anything else resulting from a figure the app displayed.
These terms may change. The current version always lives at this address, with its date at the top.
